Quick 10-minute pruning in the morning of this 3-year-old-year-old tree, late spring 2023

I've been giving this tree lots of time to grow back but it developed an unsightly shape and the upper branches are dominating. I learned from Peter Chan from Herons Bonsai Channel to cut in a conical shape. This helps with cutting back the upper branches and reduces too much overlap which traps moisture resulting in powdery mildew. Hopefully, it'll spur some lower growth and ramification as well.
