Just another update on this property. According to the notices posted by the Luzerne County Sheriff's Office yesterday evening, the property at 450 North Main Street in the City of Wilkes-Barre will be going up for sheriff's sale (back taxes) on August 4th, 2023. I'd buy it myself if it didn't need so much work done and if interest rates weren't so high.
