What is Childhood Trauma?

The ideal way that trauma happens to us in childhood, to all of us, is because we don't teach how to parent. What parents do is when we make a mistake, instead of saying that behavior was wrong, they send the message. You as a person are wrong and bad. So we end up developing a shame core that I'm defective.
