The MCU's Spider-Man has raised many interesting criticisms revolving around the nature of iconic characters, respect to source material and methods of adaptation. Some say that Spider-Tom is the best Peter Parker/Spider-Man ever to grace the silver screen. Some say that he is the definition of "unfaithful to the source material."
In this video I address the adaptation debate directly; in an attempt to resolve the dispute in a manner that won't sow more division among fans.
