"Drug Snorting Kits" handed out in B.C. High School to Students!

Not sure about you when I think of high school students, I don’t’ literally think of them as “high!” But apparently in the Cowichan Valley, which is located on Vancouver Island in B.C., that may very well be the case.

In this video I'll unpack what happened and a few thoughts around it.
