Joseph Hickey, MD: Environmental Toxins and their Relationship to Cardiovascular Disease, Dementia, Cancer, Alzheimer's Disease, and Fibromyalgia

Dr. Joseph Hickey, a resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and offers more than 30 years of experience in patient care, as well as more than 10 years in research.
Dr. Hickey’s research regarding Lipoprotein Subclasses and a Carbohydrate Restricted Diet resulted in him being published in the area of Cardiovascular Disease. He is currently working on research regarding MRI contrast, Gadolinium and its associated diseases.
He is frequent lecturer and the founder of Hickey Wellness Center. Dr. Hickey also currently serves as Medical Director for Hyperbaric Therapy of the Lowcountry.
