Part Three: Systemic Abuses in the Family Court

The proposed restructure will have no effect on the real issues that have brought the Family Court into disrepute. The restructure deals with the structure of the Family Court as opposed to decisions of Judges and Magistrates that enable abusive parents to maintain access to their children, even in cases where abuse is proven. Then there are mothers and fathers who never get to see their children despite doing no harm. There are orders prevented parents from taking a child to the doctor, police, or a psychologist. Judges that Have deliberately delayed residency proceedings for years. Judges that favour pedophiles. No accountability for those parents that lie and perjure themselves. Richard Gardiner introduced the Parent Alienation program into the Family Court. Gardiner is self published and quoted to make statement only a pedophile would utter. Ralph Underwater was embraced as a Family Court Expert and introduced the False Memory Syndrome to the Courts. He was found to be involved in the Man Boy Lovers group of pedophiles. There is no accountability regarding the Magistrates and Judges that have made decisions that are detrimental and sometimes fatal in children’s lives. Despite this restructure that has cost billions the culture will not change, as the government are not addressing the real problems, whilst pouring finances into a Federal Circuit Court in conjunction with the Family Court.
