Ingredients:

• 395g condensed milk
• 200g of table cream
• 100g grated coconut
• 1 tablespoon (15g) butter
• 200ml of milk
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 350g cornstarch biscuits
Roof
• 300g of melted chocolate of your choice
• 100g of table cream

Method:

In a pan put the condensed milk, the coconut, the butter and stir until the butter melts, at that moment put the cream and stir very well and before drying the cream you can turn it off and let it cool or cool.

Meanwhile, grease a loaf pan, pass plastic film and grease the plastic again or you can use a transparent dish and just grease it with butter.

In a plate the milk with the milk and powder, mix well and pass the cookies one by one in that milk.

Arrange in the mold and place the reserved cream on top, continue making the layers of moistened cookies, leaving the cream last.

Cover with plastic wrap (against the cream so that a film does not form on the cream) and place in the fridge to chill well, for approximately 1 hour.

Remove from the fridge and make the ganache (melting the chocolate and mixing the cream).

Develop and throw the ganache over it.
