At criminal justice forum, Trump says First Step Act "allows for a second step and a third step"

At a criminal justice forum in South Carolina, President Trump praised the First Step Act that he signed last year as a "truly momentous milestone" in reforming the system. His presence at the forum, which is hosted by a historically black college and will also feature many of the Democratic presidential candidates, is controversial, given the divisive comments he has made on race.
