Courier Ira

(Part 2) (I don't know what's going on with Cheyanne and the other animals and varmints. Too late to turn back now)

For a bit of backstory (that I'm just making up now so bear with me), the Courier was an extremist freedom fighter for New Vegas independence. An explosive can make a bigger statement than a gun so that is what Ira is more skilled with. More than capable of talking herself out of most situations, her knowledge and experience with combat and grit see her through most confrontations.
