AMD Video Card Issue

PC SPECS:
Windows 10 Pro
Intel i7-7700K CPU 4.20 GHz
32 GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 6400

I am ONLY having this issue with FORTNITE. All other games work fine on my machine. This issue is happening to ALL USERS with AMD video cards.
