for the caramel sauce:
6 Tbsp butter
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans

cinnamon rolls dough
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
MIx together and let set for 5 minutes
3-4 cups of flour
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
