How to clean up overgrown trees

First a little back story. about 12 years ago the village board illegally put up a fence to block assess to a village resident.
For some reason, the board had it in for them as well as others in the village.
The Village had some land donated for a baseball field.
The area between the fence and the barn was unusable and trees had all but taken over in that area.
While one of the trees was being taken down ( the tree was tied off to pull it away from the fence.
But the tree fell on the fence anyway.

Now onto the board meeting to talk about the fence a motion was made to take the fence down up to behind the dugouts.
All members except 1 voted to just remove the fence. the one no vote was from the only member that was on the board when they voted to put up the fence.

As the video starts we have cut some of the small trees and bushes.
