NO GREATER LOVE

Many have given their full measure of devotion in service to their country. Every nation has it's hero's who gave their lives for others. Jesus said Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Memorial day should be a day of sober remembrance and commemoration and yet it has become just another playday. Where does war come from? Why? The Bible explains the source of war and reveals that the battle is one that rages within our own hearts and souls. Jesus gave his life as a sacrifice... Not only for his friends but for his enemies. Christ shows the way to peace.
