Formation - what forms us?

Knowing what makes you how you are is important. How much thought have you given this? Do you understand your triggers? How much control do you have over yourself?
We do not often know what informs us, how the signals acted out in the world impact us. Good philopshy is wrapped up in action, what people do in the world.
Words don't just have defintions - they are items which we participate with. How we are using words matters a lot but only in relation to our actions. This goes for ourselves and the actions of others!
Knowing our own formation and the formation of others is something that is possible once we take seriously the idea of participation in the world. Once we look at the difference between words and actions.
What is the role of narrative capture in our formation? How did we come to take the form we are? What formed you? Why should you care what formed you and others? Because what you do matters.
