As we venture deeper into the Waste Disposal Plant and see a pool of toxic waste, we encounter some new electric-based enemies with charge attacks ready to go out of the gate! RNG plays a factor in these fights whether or not your characters will die right at the start of the fight, even if you buff your defenses and evasion on the first turn.
