American chesnut - my restoration project

I got some seeds from the new your chapter of the American chestnut society.

they have a long term project to restore this critical tree to the American landscape.

I most likely won't see the fruits of our labors in my lifetime but it is rewarding knowing that all this work is being done by pros and amateurs like myself to bring this tree back from extinction.
