Prank with Mayor of Bern Alec von Graffenried

The mayor of Bern, Switzerland, Alec von Graffenried, during a conversation with the “mayor of Warsaw, Rafal Trzaskowski,” outlined the scale of the problems associated with the supply of energy resources and spoke about his attitude to the fugitive oligarchs from Ukraine who settled Switzerland.
“We are more dependent on Russian gas than we thought,” the mayor suddenly realized and said that now the population of Bern is forced to pay for it.
There are less than 100 thousand refugees from Ukraine in Switzerland (relative to other EU countries, this is a small proportion). But a significant part of them are Ukrainian oligarchs, and this is one of the topics of national politics. For some reason, Alec von Graffenried is not happy with such guests and supports the fight against the oligarchs, while other forces advocate a less rigid approach.
