Resident Evil 2 S+, 3 Saves Strat: Second Save

Hey guy the video is a tad laggy, idk why but here we are at the second save section. This will not be compliant with the S+ requirements as far as finishing the game in the allotted time frame but it will be as far as you can only save three times. I didnt have the idea for this until i had already started the run. But maybe we can do that another time.
