Last week on the farm was a busy one! Sophia and I stayed up way to late to bake cookies for an event at church; semi from scratch. Sometimes we just don't have time to bake completely from scratch. Also, this week we had to move our mamas from the larger pasture back to the smaller pasture with the lambs. Although they are not fully weaned yet, we feel it will work out just fine. The mamas know when to wean the babies and can do it without our help. One of our ewes got injured by our steer. We believe this is what happened anyway.
We also had a hectic week at work. Running your own business is tough, it is rewarding, but, boy, is it tough sometimes!
