Easy Exercise = Poor Results

I have NEVER used the Smith Machine.

Nor do I ever plan on using it.

But people have always told me that it’s easier than doing a regular bench press or a regular squat.

The fact that it’s easier must mean that the results from the exercise are worse.

If your goal is to grow muscles in the gym why would you choose to do an exercise that’s less effective?

The only answer is that you’re LAZY.

If you want the best results in anything you have to take the HARD ROUTE.
