Our Forest Pastured Pig Operation Is Changing Big Time

We are switching up our plan for forest pastured pork in 2021 with some new breeds better suited for pasturing. The pigs we’ve raised in the past have been good, but we are ready to take it to the next level. This year we’ll be raising Berkshire Duroc crosses, as well as some Gloucestershire Old Spots.

We’re hoping these new breeds will provide us with all the pork we need for the year and then some!
