Circular conversations are common when having to communicate with a narcissist. It usually is a fight to stay afloat as the narcissist uses gaslighting tactics and deception to try to dominate and control the narrative. There is a way around this as there is a tactic you can use that allows you to end a conversation with a narcissist without any obligation that can be used against you.
