This week Bryan sits down with Kristen C. as she shares her story of addiction and her journey through recovery. Born and raised right on the border of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Kristen remembers having a typical upbringing. While most kids viewed their parents’ divorce as a difficult time, for Kristen it just meant extra freedom. In this freedom she began to experiment with alcohol and finding that she always seemed to push the limits far beyond what the other kids were doing.

Through a series of toxic and abusive relationships, Kristen developed a drug dependency & struggled for years to keep it together until the walls started to close in. The pills introduced her to harder substances and a life that became completely unmanageable and dependent on getting high. ➡️ Since then Bryan has dedicated much of his life to helping other addicts find the Exit.

On this show, Bryan interviews individuals who have fought similar battles- emotionally raw, vulnerable, and uncut.
The stories we share here are very emotional and the trials these guests have faced could have easily killed them or made them permanent prisoners to their hell, but they found a way out of hell and started on a path towards redemption.
➡️ Perspective is shared and light is shined on the dark realities we face in our world today. The truth of the matter is that no one is invulnerable to these dark realities and we need to raise awareness around the steps we need to take in order to find the exit to hell and rise above.
