10a)* Manager Jeff Sheridan raises the issue of the appointments to the Planning Board and Filling a vacancy in The Board of Adjustments. Mayor Miller and Manager Jeff Sherridan are questioned by Councilman Greg Horn Appointing Deborah Miller to the Board of Adjustments (Close to 45:35 minute mark)
10b) South Water Tower bid opening
10c) 2023 Goals & Priorities solicitation ONLY from Council members, and Mayor (If residents want to have a say you MUST be present)
10d) Discussion of an ordinance police force
10e) Discussion of coercion upon businesses in the downtown district to operate or face a $100/day fine (PUNISH businesses to open)
10f) Parking situation behind Fox's Pizza and Post Office business
10g) Potential HOA control of new construction and fencing
