Waycross Walmart Wrong Way driver

Dash Cam video of a driver making a dangerous decision to drive into the oncoming traffic lanes un order to make the turn into the Waycross Ga Walmart. I don't know what this driver was thinking but it wasn't very smart. Be safe out there people the crazy drivers are everywhere.
