Doc we ALL know it’s not that simple, and you kinda make it sound like it is…. I know you were in the navy, so I’m curious to know if you suffered any ptsd, and what exactly you faced while serving in the Navy? I don’t mean any disrespect at all, I thank you and respect your service, but as someone who is an army vet, served on a fob in Iraq and Afghanistan, engaged many many times and suffers from ptsd, your words just come across way to “simple” to me… That’s really the best way for me to frame it
