Featured speaker Scott Tips warns about the continued threat to the safety and availability of our food and supplements. He will also tell us about what he does as a lawyer to protect our rights and freedom. Scott has been a global activist, fighting off lax standards for decades, and there are few people anywhere who have Scott’s knowledge and experience. Since 1989, Scott has been a board member of the National Health Federation (NHF), the World’s oldest health-freedom organization for consumers and Editor-In-Chief of its magazine, Health Freedom News. In 2007, he became NHF President, and has been a frequent speaker nationally and internationally and appeared on many radio shows and other programs. Currently, Scott is focused on health freedom issues arising from national governments and international organizations such as the Codex Alimentarius Commission. In that capacity, he has compiled, edited, and published a book on the subject entitled "Codex Alimentarius – Global Food Imperialism".
