The MOST iconic Cantonese dishes in Guangzhou

Cantonese cuisine 粤菜 is one of the 8 Chinese major cuisines, also one of the most well-known cuisines abroad because of the early Cantonese immigrates that opened restaurants and introduced Cantonese cuisine to their new communities around the globe.
Its emphasis on fresh ingredients, mild seasonings, and a light use of spices, instead of bold, spicy flavors found in other Chinese cuisines, makes it easier for foreigners to accept.
In this video, I will show you my food experience including some iconic Cantonese dishes through a brunch in White Swan Hotel, a dinner in Guangzhou Restaurant and late night food on the famous Baoye Street.
