Following suit with "ALL HAIL" 's theme of men who fall in pursuit of great power, "Atomic Diplomacy" encapsulates the chaos of nuclear warfare - namely the creation of the great atomic bomb. Much like the weapon itself, the song comes in abruptly, wreaks havoc, and ends just as sudden as it begins with a haunting aftermath.
