ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS EXIST BECAUSE OF LEGISLATION !

The reason things are the way that they are is because over years of politicians propping themselves up financially. It is obvious that monetary influence is exponentially more important to these people than what the outcome of it is to the people the are supposed to represent.
