SNW 1June23 Mark Tinsley is about to get his a$$ handed to him … why did it take so long?

Among the 31May23 motions, filed by Parkers is a motion for reconsideration of several of Judge Bentley Price's moronic, sloppy, nonsensical determinations related to his incompetent review of the privilege log.

And, Parker's has not backed away from the earlier motion to disqualify Mark Tinsley from the 2021cp2500392 civil outrage case, which would eviscerate both of Tinsley's Beach cases.

All of these legitimate issues were raised roughly a year before the Murder trial ..

I reported on them... and I'm just a 70 year-old bystander. What were Dick Harpootlian and Jim Griffin doing all that time????
