Practical Balance - Have Some Fun

It’s been a little while since we had a Practical Balance and Janice shared that today is the day that we manage having some fun no matter what our circumstances are. Humans worry about things that they cannot solve.

There are ways, and Spirit will assist you, in having some fun. In spite of lives challenges don’t allow yourself some time to have fun with your family, friends, pets and others. Enjoy things like food, movies, playing games or sports activities.

This show was filmed on Memorial Day and although it is a serious holiday, it is not so much a day of mourning, but rather celebrating the blessings and gifts we have been given.

Set the seriousness aside just for a little while. Enjoy the wonderment of nature. It doesn’t take money, make a sandwich and sit under a tree and read a book, or do something creative.

Take some time to find your joy and move in that direction. Honor the moment. Since things are Yin/Yang it is important to bring balance to the stresses of life by having a good time and enjoying life.
