Shasta County, CA's Inflated Estimate To Hand-count

On Tuesday, May 30, residents of Shasta County, California spoke in support of the board's efforts to break their contract with Dominion and begin hand-counting ballots while questioning the registrar of voters, Cathy Allen Darling's report on the cost of hand counting. Support was also voiced for one of the board members being targeted for recall.
