Twitter VS Daily Wire and free speech

The airing on Twitter tonight of the 'What is a Woman' documentary was originally meant to be fully open and without restrictions. This is in line with the free speech policy on Twitter. However the tweets Matt Walsh put out are throttled and it's not clear whether the documentary will air as planned.
