A Neuroethics Law for protection from brain implants and electromagnetic weapons
That the House of Representatives pass neuroethics legislation to safeguard the right of New Zealanders to have their thought processes and brain function protected from being read, modified, or electronically manipulated by electromagnetic weapons.
With the current development of brain to computer interfaces, brain implants, and other means of directly reading, writing, and deleting thoughts, memories, emotions, motor control and other brain functions we need a law to protect us from exploitation and dehumanisation in this field. We must protect who we are from being altered by electromagnetic weapons, neuro altering and reading devices and set up legislation to detect and stop such breaches of inalienable human rights and needs.
