Court Update 6/1/23

Roberto Minuta was given a sentence of four and a half years

Edward Vallejo was sentenced to three years behind bars followed by one year of home confinement

Joseph "Pi Anon" Thomas Found not guilty on 3 (1512 obstruction, violence in capitol grounds, violence in a restricted area). Mistrial on 2 charges (assault, disorderly conduct with intent to disrupt govt business). Guilty on 7. (Civil disorder, 4 impeding officers, & 1 disorderly conduct). Taking those to appeal. Sentencing is in September.

Bart Shively was sentenced to 18 months and 3 years probation $2000 fine Should be out in 30 days.
