Target Manager x Angry Customer

A Target loss prevention manager in Ohio punched a woman who was demanding reparations for her purchase. The woman, Karen Ivery, was charged with menacing and disorderly conduct. The altercation took place in October 2022. In the video, Ivery can be seen approaching the manager and asking for a portion of her purchase to be paid for as reparations. The manager then punches Ivery once, before police arrive. The manager stated in an affidavit that he feared for his safety. He was never charged, and police said he was acting in self-defense.
