Navigation updates and gutting our stove. S1 Ep16

Before getting Bombadil in the water we had a few important things to button up. The lights along the floor will be super handy while on passage and they are pretty fun too! Not every day we get to play with Kevlar and carbon fiber!

The electrics area on the nav desk will be an ongoing project. For now we have the VHF at the nav desk and a chart plotter out in the cockpit. Eventually we would like to get a bigger chart plotter outside and bring the older one inside or visa versa. Just depends on how we use them!

The boat had a pressurized alcohol stove and that was a hard no for us. We liked our induction cooktop on Kalamazoo well enough so we upgraded from one burner to two and got one that was a better quality. We also gutted the oven portion and set a toaster oven inside.
