We need to learn how to become self-sufficient so we can provide for ourselves and our families when hard times come. Many decades ago, a large portion of America practiced an agrarian lifestyle. Our grand-parents knew how to grow a garden, butcher, can(preserve) food; and we must try to relearn and retain these skills.
