Malnourished and neglected kitten alone at a market

On my way to head up towards Merapi today, I spotted this little kitten shuffling along the side of road in a market. After stopping to watch him for a minute, I quickly figured he was completely alone with no mother or siblings and had been left to fend for himself.
That was the end of my travel plans for today, LOL, after getting him ready - I loaded him into a helmet bag and we set off for home again. I couldn't even go for a full hour today without encountering a kitten needing help - that alone says it all! The little guy was so relaxed that he fell asleep inside the helmet bag and except for a few stretches, he stayed that way for the whole journey home! He is settling in well now, but is very clingy - he is far too young to have been taken from his mother.
