Freedom activists were gathered for the City of Joondalup Special Electors' Meeting taking place at the Joondalup Council Civic Chambers to testify on the impact that the government's mandates have had on their lives. Some were enjoying a picnic before the meeting when a woman i.e. a 'Karen' was not pleased with the gathering and took offence with the flag that was flying and started to antagonise a participant who was enjoying the event.
