Lay Your Burdens Down.

Many people don’t lay their burdens down because they try to fix them themselves. That goes against the Bible. Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding, seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Many people have to realize they can’t fix problems the way God can.

The bible says “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,and I will give you rest.

Some people go to God to hand him their burdens but walk away carrying their burdens with them. The way you know they didn’t hand it to God is because they keep trying to fix it.
