example you jump in your car, you are going to be running errands and you turn on the radio just as you were leaving and bam you hear a very particular song you used to hear with your dearly non-departed friend and instantly you are reminded of the individual. Where did that thought come from ?Why is that particular song playing at that particular moment ? Out of thousands of songs why that one? Well the answer to all those questions is our dearly non-departed love ones are here with us and aware of us and our live experiences. If we choose to interact and start a new relationship that is up to us. And I say new relationship because it will be new from the fresh perspective that our loved one, has changed they no longer have negative emotion and are now " pure, positive energy. " And so you may ask if they have changed how can I have a relationship? Well like with any relationship where the dynamics change where one gets married or divorce happens we adjust to accommodate the new reality , and so must we do that with our new found relationship. The more we line up with who we really are, by giving more of our airtime to good feeling emotions, the easier it will be to not only listen but to know what we need to be done so that there is a frequency match, and voilà!
