Born in Kimpamboudi Kayes Congo Brazzaville, Antoine WADA alias Djo Balard is a reference SAPE (La Sape). SAPE is a social movement of youth born in Congo - Brazzaville in the 1970s, and whose true creators were young students back in Congo.
