Due to a question in my private FB group, I decided to launch a very basic, beginner-level series regarding how to deal with emotion!

For many, emotions are stuffed so far away, we don't even know how to start feeling again. We have lost faith and trust, in others and ourselves.

My goal through this series is, again, for people just starting to heal again. I hope you find it helpful, and I look forward to your comments, suggestions, feedback, and ideally, your results!!!
