Nintendo Sued “Immoral” Microtransactions

Nintendo is being sued, Guess why? According to Axios a young gamer has filed a potential class action lawsuit against Nintendo over “immoral” microtransactions in the company’s Mario Kart Tour mobile game. The father is also backing him since the money spent is probably from him.
