I just finished watching the first season of the TV adaptation of Anne Rice's trilogy 'Lives of the Mayfair Witches':

I loved these books when they came out back in the 90s, and really enjoyed the TV adaptation, Alexandra Daddario is fabulous as Dr Rowan Fielding.

The subject matter is fitting as well, with both song a series covering the ides of womanhood, possession, childbirth and family.
