Mounting an orchid is so much fun, it is one of the best ways to cultivate orchids in a private collection. BUT... so many times, mounting orchids is not feasible because the climate and conditions are not ideal for the orchids in question. Decisions have to be made when it comes to mounting orchids. Why mount the orchid in the first place? How much humidity is needed to successfully grow mounted orchids? What kind of a mount will work best for orchids that need high humidity? Will orchids grow well on mounts in a climate without high humidity? Sooo many questions, and I intend to answer as many of them in this video.
