When "God of the Gaps" Arguments Are Not Bad Arguments

God of the Gaps arguments are routinely dismised in this day and time because most people believe that the entire category is a logical fallacy. This is not true. There are good arguments in this category and bad ones. Each case should be considered on its own merits rather than thoughtlessly dimissed.

Ironically we are now entering a time in history where "God of the Gaps" have the potential to be better and more sound than ever. Maybe this explains the rush to try and disqualify the category from consideration.
